here we go again with the beat
In reply to Emma's question - yes, I'm still on the green tea. Holland and Barrett is full of thin girls deciding between rye bread with muesli and sprouting wheatgerm, they look at me in disgust when I grab the last 50 of green tea and a packet of chocolate raisins. I have a brief visitation by Gillian McKeith (what are THEY? do you WANT a big fat bum?) and get stuck behind a crazy blonde woman doing her weekly shop (that'll be £77.51, please).

Always the sprouting wheatgerm
echhhh...can you imagine?? how do you eat it? nibble? a spoonful of sugar? inhale?
Martha Kearney is my nemesis. She is *the worst* newsnight presenter to disgrace our screens.
Jane.
I've never been sure what to make of her. Chris bought me the 60 years of Woman's Hour book so I'll read her sections with interest and report back. In other news, forget Holland and Barrett for green tea, source jacksons of Piccadilly ones instead blended with lemon for work hours and mint for eves, previously elusive but now relaunched in supermarkets across the land. heath and heather brews wont do ever again! ;) x x x
I've finally found a way of drinking green tea: loose leaf with Moroccan mint. From Fortnum and Mason, dahhhling.
Of course F&M loose leaf! (Sounds like a rather marvellous upmarket stocking filler to me.. Coughs.. Smiles.. Writes to Santa.) Sounds ideal darlinky
Hi Laas, just a note for you to find whe yr broken up for Xmas hols. I'm just laughing about yr 'inhale?' comment - snorting sprouting wheatgerm, a new evil to sweep across society XX
